That happens when you choose standard shipping. Standard shipping isn't trackable so you won't see any updates on your order page although your order is on its way and you got the shipping notification email.
Only customers with a tracking number can actually follow the status of their shipment on our shop after we put their tracking number in our database.
That's why We always suggest to choose a trackable shipping method.
Please allow 2 weeks for Europe. From 2 up to 6 weeks for the rest of the world.Delivery times are not guaranteed and vary,please be aware that some of the international orders are taking longer than usual to arrive.
If you have not received your order after 60 days from the dispatch date - let us know asap, no later than 90 days from your order date.
You should receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that e-mail, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. Otherwise, you may have input your e-mail address incorrectly. You will need to contact us with the corrected e-mail.
This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation e-mail you also will not receive the e-mail with your shipment notification and tracking information.
