Yes, you can follow the status of your shipment in our tracking page.

Please keep in mind we're a small company so we don't work with affiliates.
All parcels are shipped thru Italian postal service so once your order is shipped we're no longer responsible for it, the postal service is.
if you have problems with your order
(your tracking says it was delivered but you didn't receive it,the package was stolen, the package is being sent back to us,your package is being held at the post office or customs,your package is experiencing delays etc.)
you will need to contact your local post office for further info or help.
You the customer are responsible for filling any claims for damaged and/or lost shipments. If you have problems with your tracking number please contact us.
WHAT IS THE TIMING AND HANDLING FOR DELIVERY?
Most orders ship within 3/4 working days of being placed
and some orders can take more to be processed,
depending on how busy we are.
(Please keep in mind business days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
At busier times of the year,or special events,please allow some extra time for processing.).Again, we are not responsible for lost items
or incorrect shipping addresses,so please double check your correct address before your purchase.
Shipping addresses can't be changed once the order is placed.
You will need to delete your order and place a new one with the correct address.
Orders placed on thursday are usually delivered on monday.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 2 weeks for Europe.
From 2 up to 5 weeks for the rest of the world.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are longer if you live outside Europe.

WHY IS MY PACKAGE BEING RETURNED?
International orders may end up being returned for various reasons,
including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc.
If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for reshipment.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/WRONG SIZE,WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
Please send us an email along with a picture of the wrong product
and we'll provide to ship as soon as possible the right one.

HOW ARE YOUR GARMENTS MADE?
Each item is digitally printed.
The shabby or sometimes pixelated look of a few products is done on purpose.
Each item is carefully handmade and unique,which means that any shirt may slightly vary in color.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW GARMENT?
Our printed garments will look better and live longer if you turn them inside out and wash at a cool 30 degrees or wash cold then hang dry.
Do not tumble dry.
WHAT SIZE WILL I BUY?

I WANT TO PURCHASE A SPECIFIC DESIGN BUT I NO LONGER SEE IT ON YOUR WEBSITE.ANY CHANCE IT WILL BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
if you can't find a design, it means its gone. sometimes we put some styles back on demand tho,if you wish to have a specific design printed,just contact us and we’ll be happy to make it for you if that’s possible.
