We use the Italian Postal Service for all of our shipments.Once your order is shipped we are no longer responsible for it, the postal service is. If you have issues with your order (your tracking says it was delivered but you didn't receive it,the package was stolen, the package is being sent back to us,your package is being held at the post office or customs,your package is experiencing delays etc.) you will need to contact your local post office for further info or help. You the customer are responsible for filling any claims for damaged and/or lost shipments.You would also need to contact your local post for further information regarding delayed shipments.

If you selected registered or express mail as your shipping method,you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking to follow along once your order has left our warehouse.You can follow the status of your shipment on our tracking page.Please allow 2/3 days or more for your tracking number to be active.
Most orders ship within 3/4 working days of being placed and some orders can take more to be processed,depending on how busy we are.(Please keep in mind business days do not include weekends or bank holidays. At busier times of the year,or special events,please allow some extra time for processing.)
Please allow 2 weeks for Europe. From 2 up to 6 weeks for the rest of the world.Delivery times are not guaranteed and vary,please be aware that some of the international orders are taking longer than usual to arrive.
International orders may end up being returned for various reasons,including: non-payment of tariffs,incorrect address,unclaimed at post office etc. If a package is returned or rejected,the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for reshipment.
You may send any unwanted item back to us within 14 days after you received the package from us.Please contact us before sending back your order. We don’t offer refunds only exchanges. We cover the shipping costs only if we sent the wrong item/wrong size or if the merch is defective.if you, the customer, ordered the wrong size and want to change it, you will have to pay for reshipment.

Our printing process is Direct-to-Garment (DTG digital).The scruffy or sometimes pixelated look of a few products is done on purpose.Each item is carefully handmade and unique,which means that any shirt may slightly vary in color.
Our printed garments will look better and live longer if you turn them inside out and wash at a cool 30 degrees or wash cold then hang dry.Do not tumble dry.
